Oh that sounds amazing! You've got hardly any time in Singapore, so I'd say go to Chinatown as it's awesome. And I'm so jealous you're going to NZ!! I wish I was going back there :( Although it will be cold (very cold) when you get there so maybe I'm not too jealous...
